Strictly necessary cookies
The session cookie and the CSRF cookie that protects form submissions are required for the site to work. They are not used for personalisation or advertising and expire when the browser closes or shortly after.
Browser storage
Your theme choice and the list of recently used tools are kept in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie. That data stays on your device and is never uploaded. Clearing browser data removes it.
Advertising cookies
The site shows Google AdSense advertising. Google sets its own cookies to serve and measure those ads, and may process your browsing activity to show interest-based advertising. These are the ad network's cookies, not ours, and we cannot read them.
How to turn them off
- Disable personalised advertising in the ad settings of your Google account.
- Block third-party cookies in your browser's privacy settings.
- Clearing browser data removes both cookies and local storage, so your theme preference resets too.
Blocking the strictly necessary cookies will break form submission and some tools.
