This policy explains what data ToolsBasic processes and how long it is kept. We have kept it plain; ask if anything is unclear.

Files you upload

Image conversion and editing tools process your file on the server. The file is held only while the job runs and is deleted the moment the result is produced: not archived, not backed up, not shared with third parties. Its contents are not inspected, indexed, or used as training data.

Text and code tools — JSON formatting, Base64, password generation, character counting and similar — run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is never sent to a server.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs: IP address, user agent, request time and requested path, kept for security and debugging.
• Usage counters: how many times a tool has run. The counter is a total; it is not tied to a person.
• Browser storage: your theme choice and recently used tools stay on your device and are never uploaded.

Advertising and third parties

The site shows Google AdSense advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve interest-based ads, which can involve processing your IP address and browsing activity. You can turn off personalised advertising in the ad settings of your Google account. Our cookie policy has the detail.

Your rights

Under GDPR and Turkish data protection law (KVKK) you may request access to data about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. We answer such requests within a reasonable period. You can reach us through the form on the contact page.

Security

Traffic is carried over encrypted connections and uploads are not kept anywhere reachable once the job is done. No transmission method is absolutely secure, so weigh that before uploading sensitive documents to any online tool.
